Sovereiegn debts: a philosophical approach

In this chapter I analyze different approaches to the concept of "sovereign debt", and center the discussion on the moral-philosophical approach. Specifically, I relate the concept with the deontological and consequentialist approaches. I argue that, under certain conditions, sovereign debts can and should be repudiated
